Salt & Silver has been traveling the world since 2014 in search of the best recipes for their cookbooks and restaurants. The mission took the two friends Cozy & Jo across the Latin American continent, later to North Africa, the Levante region, the Far East and of course across Europe. The journey goes on and on – and so the menus in the two restaurants are constantly changing and developing.
Our left restaurant in the basement is a tribute to the levantine cuisine from the eastern Mediterranean. With mezze and sharing dishes, we will lead you away to the lively streets of Beirut and Tel Aviv. Right next to it is the Latin American-inspired restaurant with a focus on Mexico and Peru: Look forward to a relaxed atmosphere with creative 5-course tasting menus and matching wines from all over the world.
