Since 2014, Salt & Silver has been traveling the world in search for the best recipes for their cookbooks and restaurants. The mission led the two friends Cozy & Jo across the Latin American continent, later to North Africa, the Levant region, the Far East and of course across Europe. The journey goes on and on – and so the menus in the two restaurants are also constantly changing and evolving and since 2022 we can also be found on the North Sea coast.
Our left basement restaurant is an ode to Levantine cuisine from the Eastern Mediterranean. With mezze and sharing dishes, we transport you taste-wise to the lively streets of Beirut and Tel Aviv. Right next door, the Latin American-inspired restaurant with a focus on Mexico and Peru: look forward to a relaxed atmosphere with creative 5-course tasting menus and matching wines from around the world.
