In our Latin American restaurant, we take your tastebuds on a journey from Mexico to Peru. Over years of research trips we collected knowledge, recipes and inspiration and turned them into a five-course-tasting-menu. To create an authentic taste experience, we get many original spices and flavour components directly from Latin American importers. However we are very proud to let you know, that some of the endemic chili strains, vegetables and special herbs on your plate come from our own fields in a greenhouse in the north of Hamburg.
