Salt & Silver was founded by Cozy & Jo, two friends who quit their jobs in 2013 and left home to start the biggest adventure of their lives: traveling the world in search of the best waves, stories and recipes to capture them in travel surf cookbooks and documentaries.
In the meantime we have published two books, hosted various travel documentaries and opened two restaurants in Hamburg. One serves Levantine cuisine, the other offers Latin American tasting menus. But not only that, Salt & Silver hosts events and caterings for special occasions, collaborates with selected brands, creates original content and writes for magazines. To date, Salt & Silver has evolved into a sustainable lifestyle company with around 30 employees, all dedicated to at least one of Salt & Silver’s three pillars: Travel, Surf, Cook.
